I cannonballed into my bath tub

swam front crawl

until all the water splashed out

I sat down on the toilet

listened to my breath

​

stood at the mirror

touched up my make up

​

mentally prepared

to fuck myself

​

in all the corners of the apartment

and leave in the morning without

saying goodbye
