Contentedly retired after thirty years in the trenches of academe, Dave Sims now dwells and creates in the small mountains of central Pennsylvania. His fiction, poetry, digital paintings, crayons, hybrids, and comix can be found in dozens of print and online publications such as Chaleur, Toho Journal, High Shelf, Freeze Ray, New Southern Fugitives, Swamp Ape, and other such venues where certain strange and wild living human breathing beings not only sort of understand what he's doing but are also generous and willing enough to distribute whatever it is he's making to other souls alive enough to dig it.
